• You will see the Connected status as soon as your connection is successful.
• To disconnect, tap the Purple button in the ExtremeVPN app’s center.

Are you looking to connect to a specific location? ExtremeVPN provides diverse choices, boasting over 6,500 VPN servers across over 70 countries in 88 locations. It makes it simpler to connect with the location you choose.

To get started, follow these simple steps:

• Locate and tap the Hamburger icon (≡) at the screen’s top left corner.

• Tap Locations 🌐

• In the Locations section, either tap on your desired country or use the search option to type in the name of your preferred destination.

• Once you have selected your desired country, the VPN will establish a connection and connect you to your preferred location.

Discover the various cities of a country available through the ExtremeVPN app with this incredible feature. Wondering how to select one?

• Choose the Arrow icon next to the locations, and a list of cities will appear.

• Please choose your preferred city by tapping on it, or use the search option to type in your desired city.

• Tap the Sorting icon at the top of the screen to arrange your locations alphabetically by ping or popularity.

• Once you have tapped the Sorting icon, a list of sorting options will appear.

• If you prefer to sort the countries by their ping, tap “Sort by Ping.”

• Congratulations! Your countries are now sorted based on their ping values.

• If you wish to sort the countries alphabetically, tap “Sort by Alphabetically.”

• Your countries are now arranged in alphabetical order.

• Tap Sort by Popularity, to sort countries by popularity.

• Wonderful! Your countries are now sorted in order of their popularity.

In our latest update of the iOS application, we introduce a new feature that allows users to access their favorite streaming applications conveniently.

Here’s how to get started:

• Toggle the hamburger icon  (≡)  in the top left corner.

• Tap Locations 🌐

• Tap the “+” icon to add a Shortcut.

• Look for the streaming channel you prefer (like Netflix) and include it in your list.

• Select a location since Netflix has region-based content. Choose from the locations supported by ExtremeVPN (let’s select the United States for this example).

• ExtremeVPN will suggest a name for the Shortcut, but you can change it.
• Ready? Tap “Add Shortcut” to complete the process.

• Congratulations! You’ll now see the new Shortcut in your location list.
• Tap the “+” icon again to add more shortcuts and repeat the steps.
• To connect, simply tap the Shortcut you created, and it will start the connection process.

• The newly generated shortcut is now active for you to use.

• You’ll be directed to your default browser to open the selected streaming website, after a few seconds.

Don’t worry if the website you’re looking for isn’t on the list. You can create your own shortcuts easily.

• Tap + icon to add a Shortcut.

• To add a custom URL, simply type the URL in the search box. For instance, let’s say we want to add Google as an example. Feel free to enter any website you desire.

• Tap “Add Shortcut” to confirm.

• A location selection prompt will be given to you. Verify that the location you select has access to the website you desire.

• ExtremeVPN will suggest a name for the Shortcut, but you can change it.
• Once you’re satisfied, tap “Add Shortcut” to finalize.

• To enhance your experience with our application, we may ask your permission to save your shortcut preferences. You can choose either Yes or No, depending on your preference.

• You will now see the newly added Shortcut in the location list.
• To add more shortcuts, simply tap the “+” icon again and repeat the above steps.
• To connect, just tap on the Shortcut you created, and it will start connecting.

• Congratulations! The newly created Shortcut is now accessible to you.

• The selected website will open in your default browser after a few seconds, providing you access.

• A list of popular streaming channels will be displayed. Look for the one you desire (for this example, we’ll use Netflix) and add it to your Shortcut.

• After that, choose a location. Since Netflix offers regional-based content, you can choose different locations supported by ExtremeVPN.

• By default, ExtremeVPN will suggest a name for the Shortcut. If you wish to personalize it, feel free to change the name.
• Once you’re satisfied with your settings, tap “Add Shortcut.”

• Congratulations! You can now see the newly added Shortcut in the list of locations.
• To add more shortcuts, tap on the “+” icon again and repeat the above procedure.
• Tap on the Shortcut you created to connect, and the connection process will commence.

• You are now successfully connected to the Shortcut you just created.

• After a few moments, your default browser will open, redirecting you to the selected streaming website.

If you can’t find the website you’re looking for in the list, don’t worry! You can create your own shortcuts. Here’s how you can do it: 👇

• The location has been successfully marked as a favorite.

Here is a brief guide to configuring a dedicated IP:

• Toggle the hamburger icon  (≡)  in the top left corner.

• Choose the Dedicated IP option to connect.

• You are now successfully Connected to your Dedicated IP Add-on.

• In case you’re already connected to your dedicated IP on another device, you’ll be asked accordingly to continue as per choice.

Note
If you select the option “Yes,” the device previously linked to your dedicated IP address will be disconnected and will instead connect to your current iOS device. However, if you choose “No,” it will stay connected to your previous device.

To connect to DDoS Protection, follow these steps 👇

• Toggle the hamburger icon  (≡)  in the top left corner.

• Your DDOS IP will appear on the top left corner of the screen. Tap the DDOS IP to connect.

• Congratulations! You have successfully connected with your DDOS IP.
• 

• If you’re already connected to your DDOS IP on another device, you’ll be prompted to choose how to proceed.

Note:

If you select “Yes,” the device previously linked to your DDOS IP address will disconnect and establish a connection with your current iOS device. Choosing “No” will maintain the connection with your previous device.

You can rate us on the ExtremeVPN App to share your experience. Here’s what you need to do:

• Connect using the Recommended country/server or select your preferred location.

• After a successful connection, you’ll find thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons to rate your session.

• If you give a Thumbs up, you’ll see a specific screen.
• If you give a Thumbs down, you’ll be prompted to select a category and describe your issue.

• Fill out the form, and a support ticket will be created.
• Tap Submit, and our team will contact you via email.
